Please reopen 4744

Please reopen case 4744 (Auto-Indent in SQL Editor) as it doesn't quite work
as expected.

If I start a line with a tab, then press return, it is inserting spaces, not
a tab. Also, it is positioning the cursor at the beginning of the line, not
the end, so I wouldn't know that it had inserted anything.
