That license file is the one automatically given me. I have paid for a
serial number so I shouldn't need a demo one. I only got that one by
following your earlier instructions to get it off the web site as part of
logging into my account. It turns out that the serial number automatically
sent is a linux one and it doesn't give you any options to ask for any
others. I'll erase the linux ones now.
Now the log file reads

Licence license_mac_4418gggg51287 is registered to rainforestinn.

(that's me- should work)
Valid until 9999-12-31. Subscription valid until 2011-03-01.
Licence license_mac_4418960339796009 is registered to DEMO.
Valid until 2009-09-31. Subscription valid until 2009-09-31.

(but look what happens:)
