New "AS XML" feature

The XML for gov't database is just plain text that you send as an email
attachment and which their machines automatically add to the ancient
microsoft something-or-other that they use. I will look at the PDF with
embedded XML of course but I don't see how it will work.
I really like the new "FOR XML" as inside RunRev I can build each part of
the XML report without having to make a huge complicated SQL (really
complicated) and inside RunRev form it how it needs to be, automatically
attach it to an email and send it off.
