New "AS XML" feature

I like the idea of turning the CDATA thing off as an option. Without that I
cannot submit XML to the government database.
The type of field is (just went to look and realized I am on my powerpc
which presently cannot open vStudio) it is the type which in MySQL would be
called CHAR but in Valentina it is called something else TEXT or something
like that and it is limited to five characters.
