4.0 b10 also have in the vcomponents folder two new dlls
    vreport.dll   <-  wx.dll

They did not present on your snapshoots as I remember.


Do you have them in your
    Program Files/Paradigma Software/vcomponents_win_vc
?

If yes -- try add them also
    although they must be optional. But may be something is broken.
    but if broken then ALL your users must complain

If no -- this is strange. V4RB 4.0 b10 must install them.
