How do you open an existing diagram?

If I right click in the diagram field I get "Add Diagram".  I can't find any
menu for "open Diagram" anywhere!


If I put the name of the diagram that I saved earlier in "Add Diagram" all I
get is an error message which says: "Already exists diagram with this name!"


Please tell me how to open an existing diagram.
