Linux 3.6.0b31 apps won't start.

Hi All,

The Windows version also works as expected, and the RB Caches were  
cleared between changes in the plugins.

So it is really just the Linux versions of V4RB apps with 3.6.0b31 and  
a few back 3.6.0 releases I have checked so far that give this error.
