Hi Bart,

I have think about your task-goal
    
    use Reports to show on WEB tasks,
    and I have got question:

        so why you asked us abut PDF and Pictures ??? :-)

IMO it is much better if VREPORT will return into your (PHP) hands the XML
kind, e.g. 

    <div>
    </div>

Having this on hands and CSS you can now produce HTML pages ready for
displaying in browser.

Bonus ?

User see now picture with text, but real text which he can select, and
copy/paste...

What you think ?
