* Plugin Manager fixed 2 broken issue:
        unload of plugins
        cache size was zero for v2 plugin

* in the CONNECT dialog removed ODBC source for now

* button Script Editor in the toolbar disabled if plugin is absent.

* ADD PROPERTY dialog now is show if you choose Table or Field.
