Bug ID 2383 (V4RB hangs when trying to perform a SELECT on a damaged database)

Hi Ruslan,

I didn't know that - thanks!  I'll be sure to do so next time I report a
bug.  I can't find a way to change the priority for this existing bug,
though - is it possible to change the priority once it is reported?
