The most major fixes and improvements are:

* VKERNEL

    - made 2-3 corrections in the OUTER JOIN area.


* Vclient 

    - improve in 5 times speed of Queries with binding.
        in our bench of 100K inserts with binding for 9 fields
        now it is 55 seconds instead of 247 seconds.

* IMPORT  

    - Now accept format of NULL value compatible to mySQL:

                \tNULL\t

    - Vclient now is able send to VSERVER import files of any size
        even of many GBs size. Up to know was read of the whole file to RAM,
        so was limit.


* V4MD 

    - fix crash on VTableSelectAllRecords() when table is empty
