Using INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4RB.sh

Hi Ruslan,

I¹m trying to use the INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4RB.sh script to copy vcomponents
to my UB application, and to change the executable_paths.  But whenever I
try and run the script, I get a permission denied error. For example:

Gorilla:/usr/local/lib/vcomponents dave$
/usr/local/lib/vcomponents/INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4RB.sh
/Documents/MyApplication.app/
-bash: /usr/local/lib/vcomponents/INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4RB.sh: Permission
denied

What am I doing wrong?  Are there any instructions on doing this?  Given
that the INSTALL_VCOMPONENTS_V4RB.sh script is hidden in
/usr/local/lib/vcomponents, and I can¹t find any instructions anywhere, I
might just be doing it wrong.
