Not getting notices from Mantis

I also just reported a bug 30 min ago to Mantis and it hasn't noticed me
about it yet.

Yes you need to update Manit, latest stable is 1.0.6 and you have 1.0.0, I
think there are several security bug inbetween as well so you better update
asap.
