COM 2.5 b15 crash VB6 IDE id db is open on close.

Hi,

I don't now if this started with b15 as last beta I ran before was from 2.4
branch, but I have noticed if you run app in VB6 IDE and a db still is open
when closing it crash (closes) the IDE as well. Like if you have an error
when testing and close the app, also VB6 IDE close. No special error
message, IDE just die. This is a bit annoying and I am sure I would have
noticed if this exist before.
