Why and what you want fix it ?

Just use it as is. Again, EACH and ANY Boolean field is shown in Vstudio for
example, as ALWAYS INDEXED field, but index file physically not exists.

Such magic :-)

So it is not important if you set or not set this flag for boolean fields.
