Okay I know where is problem.

    Search on Boolean fields.
    Transaction_Refunded, Transaction_ChargeBack.

They are marked as Indexed,
But they do not have real index...

What I cannot understand, where are my algorithms to work on Boolean field.
They have disappear ... Black magic.

Okay, know I know where to search for ...
