Malloc/Bus error

Our testserver (G4 running 10.3.9 and VServer 2.4b20) has stopped twice with a malloc/bus error:

*** malloc: vm_allocate(size=1069056) failed (error code=3)
*** malloc[7110]: error: Can't allocate region

*** malloc[7110]: error: Can't allocate region
Bus error

Should I enter this into Mantis?
