[V4RB] Database file named '$$Testfile$$' and extention not honored

Hi,

The code is simple: myDatabase.Create( DatabaseFile,  
EVDbMode.kDscDatBlbInd, 1 * 1024 )
During the time Valentina is doing is job I see the effect in the  
Finder.

Note that I don't mind too much about this, is simply looks ugly.
