Can't compile for Windows with V4RB_25b23

Hi,

I can't compile to Windows form my Mac. I get:

Internal Error: Assertion Failed
plugin: V4RB.rbx:0: Failed to get library for Windows, no data

It seems to compile well and right at the end I get that error.
