[ANN] V4RB mac and macho 2.4 b25 uploaded

Hi Ruslan,

I just came to download V4RB 2.4b25, but the V4RB betas page is gone, and
v2.4 is listed on the main download page.  Has it been launched?  I didn't
hear an announcement.  If it has, then you should know that the date says
"Apr 12, 2006":
