V4RB2 technical question about Universal Binary

Hi,

is it correct, that I need an RB what generates UB-Applications. It  
doesn't has impact or help when V4RB2 is Universal Binary?

In other words, not to use Resetta is only able when RB generates  
Universal Binaries, the PlugIn V4RB2 can't use itself Core  
functionality without Rosetta when the generated application is using  
Rosetta.
