This build 

* fix one bug in new join algorithm

* introduce CHANGE in the DB FORMAT version = 2.3

    this means that dbs created and opened by this build and future
    will not be compatible with previous builds.

    During open VarChar with maxlen > 1022 and <= 2044
    will be converted automatically.

Jon, check on your dbs. Please use copy of db.
