new release - old accent problem

Dear Ruslan,
hate to tell you this: the new Release 2.0.5 for RBwin can't handle
accents (or absence of) correctly. 
 
I went back to 205fc5. Perhaps you changed something to the declaration
method, I used EVColAttributeValue.kStenght=0 which worked fione before.
