I agree,
I will try with space and add 1 char for every space, right?
eg
Discipline = gDb.createTable("Discipline ")
Discipline .createStringField("Discipline_Name",  36)
Discipline .createUShortField("Discipline_Teacher_ID")  -- add 5 chars + 1
for space
Discipline .createUShortField("Discipline_Room_ID")    -- add 5 chars + 1
for space
