Right. I got messages at startup about those being missing, but RB still 
started. Once all files are present, RB startup aborts. I had this same 
problem when I downloaded b58. (had to revert to b41) With b58 the error 
message that Windows generated to send to Microsoft (not sent) indicated 
that an error had occured in Kernel_Win32_Final_CW.dll
