V4RB, V4MD archives was broken

Just a couple of notes...

When I place the missing dlls in the VComponents dir, again RealBasic 
will no longer start. (Click RealBasic to start, cursor changes to 
hourglass for a few seconds, then back to arrow - no app start :-( )

As to the earlier comments about Example placement, why not just have 
the installer ask the user where to put examples?
