INFO: the best size of VarChar in 2.0

Hi All,

Please remember this info:

* in Valentina 1.x the best minimal size for VarChar was
        504 bytes


* for Valentina 2.0 this size is 2044 bytes
        
        BUT !!!!!

  - if you use UTF16 encoding, you should specify
        VarChar[ 1022 ]

  - for all rest encodings, which are single byte,
    you can specify
        VarChar[ 2044 ]
