No.
At the moment I use UTF8 in RB and ASCII in V4RB 1.10. I read that 
V4RB2.X uses UTF16. So my question was. Is it necessary to convert UTF8 
to UTF16 when I want to write to database and is it necessary to 
convert to UTF8 from UTF16 when I read from database and want to see it 
in EditField?
