b44 also make sure that new SQL99 operator -> works in both

    SELECT ptr->a1, T2.ptr->a1
    FROM T2
    WHERE ptr->a1 = 55 and T2.b4 > 16

As you see this cool new feature allow you avoid joins
in some (many?!) cases.

Operator -> do not work for now in the ORDER BY.
