[Ann] V4RB mac 2.1 fc3 // was Re: VarChar not NULL

It would be great to have a fc3 build of Windows V4RB. Currently I  
can't run the compiled app on Windows because it looks like the DLLs  
are outdated.
I would like to try crash stuff on Windows as well.
