***** NEW ****** 

* Added Aggregate Functions, i.e should be used with GROUP BY.
    
        STDDEV()
        bit_and()
        bit_or()
        bit_xor()


* Vcusor class now have method

        ToArraySet() as VArraySet

    Make independent ArraySet according to records of cursor.
    Should be used only with single table cursor.
    And it is wise to use "SELECT RecID FROM T ..." form.



**** FIXED ******

- 0001171: [Database] DeleteAllRecords crashes
 
- 0001174: [SQL] OUTER JOIN with -> Operator can cause crash with NULL
Values
