Terrific!

So if we set Vdatabase.storageEncoding to, say, UTF-8, that is 
inherited by all fields in all tables UNLESS we override with, say, 
myStringField.storageEncoding = UTF16 when the field is created 
(sorry to keep at it, but this is important, so I just want to make 
sure I have it exactly!).
