Well, in theory this is possible,
At least of end we already have own Volumes which can have many internal
files.

But this not helps much.
We must extract DLLs because OS must load them self.

Hmm, may be I am wrong!
I think each OS allow us load DLL into RAM and init it self.

But all this variants for future.
