oh sorry, I didn't read the instructions, I just downloaded
the beta archive from the ftp server :-}

will the components be needed in the final version?
if so, how would you create a single file projector exe
on a cd-rom? the xtra can be included in the projector
file, but the components folder now contains many large
files, not a very slim package.
