[V4RB] Dump_XML_Table example is disfunctional

Er, of what use then is the "Open existing database from disk using 
dialog" button, if we cannot run the XML dump example on the database 
we open with it?

In other words, I think I *was* following the steps as shown in the 
window.  I don't *think* I'm being foolish....
