V4RB2 - Method_Create example

Hello Ruslan,

runnings the Method_Create example in the Api_Way folder
I find that the Upper(VarChar) method fails to update correctly

it can't display strings longer than the one that was first input

e.g.
if first string input is "abra" you get "ABRA"
then you input  "very cool" you get "VERY"

Trying the method Length(VarChar)
if first string input is "abra" you get 4
then you input  "very cool" you still get 4
