I wasn't, but I did that about 10 minutes ago and now it is found.

No. With collationStrength = 0 searches are case-insensitive.

Seems to work now. As I said, as long as things are consistent we'll 
be fine -- and I prefer that apostrophes NOT be word breaks (which 
they were in Valentina 1.x). No, the ICU guys aren't dumb...
