V4RB, new build

I set this

     Valentina.DebugLevel = EVDebugLevel.kLogNothing

I no longer see the V4RB log file, there is still the 
FBL_TreeParser.txt and FBL_Asserts.txt. And Valentina is still 
dog-slow. Are these expected?
