Beta 8 


* fix bug in kernel String class, which prevent opening of db.

* new example SQL/Bind.

    Demonstrates how to use SQL query with binded parameters. You will see:
    * how it works with SqlExecute() and SqlSelect().
    * how to use SQL92 standard syntax with Œ?Œ.
    * how to use non-standard syntax ³:n³.
    * how to mix both syntaxes (not recommended although).
