Hi Ruslan,

I get a "field not found" exception with this query:

select id,hit,uniqueID,authors,thedate,title,editors from 
thereferences ORDER BY authorsSortMethod

Am I using a reserved word for a field name


  Or is the authorsSortMethod the problem? It is declared as

authorsSortMethod = CreateTextField("authorsSortMethod", 128, 
"English", Valentina.fIndexed, "Upper(authors)")
