<BODY>Hi all, As of Saturday no one had stepped up to organize the banquet. I will do this since it's for the kids but will need help. I have limited contact information and no information about team business. The first thing we need to do is establish a date and time Coach Marc is available. Coach Marc if you could let me know that or if someone could be a point of contact, that would be great. After that I will see about securing a place in the school. Connie Cerinuk we need to touch base about gifts and decorations. Mr.Genello if you could e-mail me I have something to ask. Susan I need you to let me know what kind of budget we have to work with for food and drink. Coach Hayden if you could get together with Coach Marc about letters,pins and other awards you want to give and then talk to Mr.Turner about getting them that would be helpful. After all is planned I will need help setting up before the banquet and cleaning up after. I'm counting on many of you for that. David will be in charge of elections during the banquet. If you would like to run for a position contact him. That's all I can think about at this time. I'll keep you posted with updates.
