Swimmers that were at practice today should have received a District Championship T-Shirt order form. If you/they did not or if you/they have misplaced it, please see an attached copy of this order form with this email. </div><div><br></div><div>Please note that this is the only time that you will be able to purchase a 2011 District Championship T-Shirt. </div><div><b>All completed forms and money are due to Coach Hayden no later than Tuesday, January 18th. </b>You can also turn the completed order form and money in to me at tomorrow's swim meet, Friday January 14th, at the Freedom Center. </div><div><br></div><div>All t-shirts will be distributed at the District Swim Meet on Friday, January 28th, prior to the start of the meet.</div><div><br></div><div>If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
