[SJHS-Swim] Volunteers for District Swim Meet this Friday, February 3, 2012

Hi All!

I wanted to clarify that we do need all of the volunteers on the list, not just timers and recorders. 

The Pasta Party this week will be at the Thornburgs on Thursday night.

Hello Everyone,

We have been asked to provide several volunteers for the district meet this coming Friday. They have asked us to provide 4 timers/recorders and 2 alternates. I am not sure what the shift will be and I think it would be a good idea to have more alternates in case they need us for more than one shift. They have asked that the volunteers report to the scoring/verifying table to receive further information and shift assignments once warm-ups have started.

Here is a list of what we need:

Timers/Recorders:

1 Head Timer:

1 Scorer/Verifier for the entire meet:

1 Awards/Ribbons person:

Our team is in charge of awards. To help with this we need two additional awards people:

I just received the information yesterday but they need the information right away so please let me know how you can help as soon as possible.
