Subject: SJ discount winter/spring sports physicals

 Good afternoon.

I'm currently in contact with a doctor about coming to SJ to
provide discount physicals for our athletes/prospective athletes. Current
CVS Minute Clinic prices are around $40; he is willing to cut the cost to
$27. We have not finalized an exact date, as beforehand, he would like to
know approximately how many students would be interested so he can plan
accordingly. Target date is sometime after school in mid to late October.
Please ask your athletes if they are interested and get back to me before
Tuesday with a reasonable estimate.

I apologize for the short notice, but the doctor just got back to me and
we're trying to have a table at Back to School Night about it. He's not
willing to set a date until we have a rough headcount.
